What if intimacy was less about performing and more about curiosity?
Rooted in Ritual is a free, 8-week experience designed to help you explore simple, meaningful practices that reconnect you to yourself — and, if you’re partnered, to each other.

Each week, you’ll learn a new ritual live on Zoom. Some are sweet, some are sexy, some are a little corny in the best way. Every ritual is doable, beginner-friendly, and rooted in curiosity. You’ll then have a week to explore it in your own space, followed by a chance to reflect in community before learning the next one.

Whether you're flying solo or in a loving relationship, this journey will help you bring more attention, pleasure, and intention into your everyday life.

Two Versions, One Shared Intention

If enrollment allows, Rooted in Ritual will run in two parallel containers:

  • Couples Track – for partners ready to try new things together and deepen their connection

  • Singles Track – for individuals wanting to explore self-intimacy and creative ritual on their own

If space fills quickly, the groups will run separately. If not, we’ll gather as one big (and beautiful) blended group.

What You’ll Get

Eight weekly Zoom calls (Thursdays @ 8pm EST, starting May 1st)

  • A new ritual taught live each week — to be explored on your own time

  • A space to reflect, connect, and share in community

  • Optional “homework” prompts to help you go deeper

  • The inspiration to make your life more intentional, sensual, and connected — even in small ways

You can join with your video on or off (though video is preferred). Calls will last about 45–70 minutes.
